At Britex Trade Supplies Ltd, we are committed to supplying quality products and excellent service. Please read our Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Items are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods
- Items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition
Returns requested for reasons other than the above are subject to approval.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- PPE and hygiene products (for health & safety reasons)
- Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items
- Clearance or discounted items
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
3. Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item(s) and packaging

4. Return Approval & Process
- All returns must be approved in advance
- Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days of approval
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
5. Refunds & Replacements
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–7 working days to appear
- Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Business-to-Business (B2B) Orders
As a trade supplier, many of our sales are B2B. Please note:
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for B2B orders
- The Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply to business customers
